These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and pvl.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pvlph.org. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pvl.ph makes no representation that the services are available or appropriate for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on pvl.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. pvl.ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. pvl.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use pvl.ph: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of pvl.ph or its affiliated companies; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals who are prohibited from gambling under applicable Philippine law.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pvl.ph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your pvl.ph account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pvl.ph support immediately.
3.3 pvl.ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While pvl.ph implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, the Platform cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
3.4 You must not access your pvl.ph account from shared or public devices without taking appropriate precautions, including logging out after each session.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pvl.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions on pvl.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pvl.ph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's payment section and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. pvl.ph aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 60 seconds. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. pvl.ph reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing withdrawals.
4.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your pvl.ph account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. pvl.ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
4.5 Prohibited Payment Methods. pvl.ph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.
5.1 pvl.ph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Bonuses credited to your pvl.ph account may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 pvl.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, pvl.ph's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
6.1 All games available on pvl.ph — including live casino tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, fishing arcade games, and other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
6.2 pvl.ph uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. pvl.ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, pvl.ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, pvl.ph cannot guarantee the outcome of interrupted sessions and reserves the right to void affected bets where necessary.
6.4 All bets placed on pvl.ph are final once confirmed. pvl.ph does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the part of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pvl.ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
8.1 All content on the pvl.ph platform — including but not limited to the pvl.ph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of pvl.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pvl.ph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pvl.ph content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pvl.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 pvl.ph's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pvl.ph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 pvl.ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.1 pvl.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its members. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity.
10.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from pvl.ph may do so by contacting support or using the self-exclusion tool in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, pvl.ph will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

10.4 pvl.ph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source.
11.1 pvl.ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has violated these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the Player has provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
11.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, pvl.ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms by the Player.
11.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their pvl.ph account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal processing times.
12.1 pvl.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
12.2 By registering on pvl.ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
12.3 pvl.ph will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.
13.1 pvl.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pvl.ph will provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
13.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pvl.ph platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pvl.ph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
14.3 For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, pvl.ph's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. To raise a dispute, contact pvl.ph support with full details of your complaint.
